Weight Room Workouts

Start Date: December 1, 2025
Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Time: 2:45 PM – 3:45 PM
Coach Gracie Rickman will be planning our workouts—and trust me, she will push you. If you are currently in season for another sport and choose to attend, please communicate so your workout can be adjusted to your needs.
A special thank-you to Coach Voss for allowing us to join his program and for supervising the weight room. Coach Rob Maldonado will also attend some sessions

4:1 Player Hitting Sessions

We had to push the start date back slightly—thank you for your patience.
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Location: East balcony of the gym (white cage side)
Time: 30-minute blocks starting at 4:15 PM
Please fill earlier time slots before later ones so we avoid open gaps.
NOTE: Sessions may occasionally be moved or canceled due to gym conflicts. These updates will be communicated via Sign-Up Genius and ParentSquare.

Our Coaching Philosophy: 

 

To provide a positive sports experience for our student athletes. Passion and enthusiasm are the seeds we will plant at each practice and game. We will teach using positive reinforcement skills and encourage our athletes to be positive with each other.  We will put the “We NOT ME” in everything we do.
